Sisimiut Entrepreneur House

In the old shipyard in Sisimiut Harbour, the Centre shares a building and desks with Nutaaliorfik/Grønlands Innovationscenter [“The Greenland Innovation Centre”] and Sisimiut Municipality’s Commercial Secretariat.

This means they’ve fashioned a creative environment in which entrepreneurs can get advice and have space for testing new ideas, where work on Arctic technology and sustainable business development is also undertaken.

Why Sisimiut?
Because Sisimiut is Greenland’s second-largest town and it’s a town whose economy is growing. In such a growth environment many dare make the leap and realize their new ideas, and such a development helps both Sisimiut and the entire country to come up with new solutions for the challenges of the future.
