Sisimiut

Sisimiut Airport opened in 1998 and is at the end of the road crossing Ulkebugten and out onto a headland north of the town.

The runway is 799 metres long and mainly serves Air Greenland’s domestic flights with Dash-7 type planes; however, the airport can also receive private planes.
