The Central Administration

The deputy chief executive heads the Central Administration, and this department acts as a secretariat for the Financial Committee.

The Central Administration is made up of six departments dealing with wages, IT, financial control, general municipal development, debt-collecting, and municipal services.

The settlement offices also figure within the Central Administration. These offices service the settlement committees and act as municipal services for the local villagers.

The Central administration also takes care of service and councelling to politicians and prepares agendas for the Financial Committee.
